FAX ORDERS: Are accepted on all orders. Please make sure to have company name, P.O. number, Lewtan part number, requested ship date, and shipping method, on fax. Faxed artwork is not considered camera ready.

CONFIRMATIONS: All confirmations must be marked "Confirming Order,
Do Not Duplicate". Factory will not accept responsibility for duplications. 

SPECULATIVE SAMPLES: $35.00(v), on most products. Plus all other applicable charges. See individualproduct pricing for charges.

CO-OP PRICING: Co-op pricing is available. Write for specific information. Co-ops not producing sufficient volume will not be eligible for co-op pricing the following year.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation orders are subject to a $35.00 net cancellation fee, plus any applicable screen, cut or other charges already incurred at the time of cancellation, such as goods (finished or unfinished) that have been prepared to meet ship date.

RE-STOCKING FEE (Unimprinted only): Returned goods are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, subject to authorization and inspection.

CORRECTIONS: Changes must be confirmed in writing and called in.
All orders may be corrected once without charge. Additional corrections or changes are subject to a fee of $25.00 net. Quantity increases are exempt from fees or charges.

DISTRIBUTOR SELF PROMOTION ORDERS: 1,000 quantity pricing for
most products,please inquire. The imprint must contain the same name as that which is on the purchase order. Some restrictions to this offer do apply.

COMBINATION PRICING: Orders for two or more different items, at catalog quantities, with the same imprint for the same customer, written on the same  order form, qualify for combination pricing.  You must indicate your request for "combination pricing" on the order. Add the quantities of all items ordered to arrive at the combined quantity price. Each item ordered will be billed at the combined quantity price specific to each item, up to the end quantity price per item. Combination pricing is available on all products.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING: Normally, FOB factory in Connecticut. Shipment method will be determined by factory unless clearly specified on order; we are not responsible for delays or damages in transit by delivering carrier.

RUSH SERVICE: 1-10 day rush service is available. Contact factory for more information. Fax proofs and specials not available on rush orders.

DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENT: $12.50(v) each. Drop shipment for large programs - please contact us for quotation.

HATS: Hat shipments are charged by dimensional weight. Skimmers, Sun Helmets, Top Hats & Derbies all ship in a carton approximately 30"(L) x 13"(W) x 29"(H). The weight of these packages fluctuates based on the type of service requested. Ground service - 35 lbs. dimentional weight per box. Air service 58 lbs. dimentional weight per box. Call for freight quote if shipping via common carrier. (Minimum of 10 boxes per truck shipment)

AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS FOR DIMENTIONAL WIGHT ITEMS: Shipping via Federal Express or UPS account number only.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: $10.00(v) handling charge. We are not responsible for payment on C.O.D.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Canadian shipments will be charged $12.50(v) unless completed forms are supplied. All other foreign shipments must be handled by your broker.

PACKING SLIPS: If a packing slip is needed, it must be supplied by the distributor.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: Claims for freight adjustments and delays in transit need to be filed with the carrier by the distributor within 15 days.

MISCELLANEOUS

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Imprinted products: $50.00(v) set-up charge.  Unimprinted: $18.00(v) handling charge. Unless otherwise specified.

PRODUCTION TIME: Imprinted 3-4 weeks. Unimprinted: 1 week unless otherwise specified. Please inquire if quicker delivery is needed.

UNIMPRINTED ORDERS: Charged at next column quantity price. Unless otherwise specified.

OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Up to 10%, billed accordingly.

EXACT QUANTITY CHARGE: $25.00(v).

SAMPLE ORDERS: Minimum order of $1.50 plus freight. Shipped in kit form. Samples billed at 1000 quantity price and invoice payable within 10 days. For shipments, please provide UPS or Fed Ex account number.

RETURNS & CLAIMS: Authorization must be granted and actual samples submitted before items can be returned. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipping date, and must not be deducted from our invoice as we do not guarantee safe delivery. Unused credits will be reversed/voided after 9 months.

TRADEMARK NOTICE: The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on
the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type of quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced by the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks.

RETURN OF ARTWORK: All artwork will be filed at factory unless its return is requested.

1st TIME CUSTOMERS: Please send pre-pay with order. This will enable us to process your order in a more efficient manner. Due to overruns and freight charges final invoice may be different from the pre-pay.
